Why I coach
skinny guys.

I was smaller than every kid in my grade. Thirteen years old, and I decided the fix was 100 pushups a day on my bedroom floor. Then a barbell and a bench in my mate's garage. I did that for a year, then stopped — scared it would stunt my growth. That fear cost me three years.
At 17, I finally convinced my parents to let me walk into a real gym. I haven't stopped since.
Something happens to a man after years of showing up for himself through setbacks and plateaus. You don't just build a body — you build unwavering confidence, the kind money can't buy.
That confidence eventually put me in the ring for a professional bout — five rounds against an opponent with way more experience than me. I lost, and learned more from it than any win.
Now I coach guys who see themselves in that 13-year-old kid, desperate for change — helping them build the physique they know they're capable of through structured training, nutrition, and accountability. (My Muay Thai journey lives in a separate guide, not the coaching program.)
